Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information weive processes during its private beta and the controls available to participating teams.
Effective 21 September 2026
Information we process
- Account details such as name, email address, workspace membership, and authentication events.
- Configuration and data retrieved from services you choose to connect.
- Product activity, diagnostic logs, security events, and support communications.
Why we process it
We process information to authenticate users, operate integrations, calculate and explain marketing measurement, maintain security, troubleshoot failures, and improve the beta. We do not sell personal information.
Connected services
When you authorise a connector, information is exchanged with the selected provider and with Composio, our connection infrastructure provider. The permissions shown during authorisation determine what the connection can access.
Storage and access
Access is restricted to authorised workspace members and personnel who need it to operate or support the service. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while a workspace participates in the beta and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. Workspace owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion through their beta support channel.
Changes
We may update this policy as the beta evolves. Material changes will be communicated to participating teams before they take effect where reasonably possible.
Questions
For privacy questions or data requests, contact the weive team through the support channel supplied with your beta invitation.
